• on-line Daily Sales reporting system in COBOL CICS, DB2; flexible design enabled 75% of the 650 head office employees to use the same system, ranging from the President to Production Planners to General Sales Manager; project reduced paper consumption in Procter&Gamble by one million sheets of paper annually

• Assisted MRP II implementation at several Canadian plants by designing and constructing COBOL CICS materials inventory system; gained a MRP Class A rating for a previously unrated plant
